Low rate here means long character value. Gear is crafted, spoiled and earned. Rankings are not a high-rate kill counter dressed as a homepage.
Drop chance stays 1. Only amounts are multiplied. That avoids turning every mob into a loot explosion.
Premium raises EXP and SP to x7 and never raises drop luck, spoil luck or exclusive combat power.
